Trade Folio · Vol III
Quality & certifications · § I

Quality you can see in the documentation —
and on arrival.

Every export shipment goes through structured quality checks and destination-aligned compliance. Here's exactly how we do it.

§ II · Process

An eight-stage protocol.

Built into every shipment — not an optional add-on. Tolerances are documented in the proforma so there's no interpretation gap between booking and arrival.

  1. 01Stage · 01

    Supplier selection

Direct sourcing from established Indian growers, mills, and manufacturers with verified track records.

  2. 02Stage · 02

    Raw material inspection

Incoming material checks for variety, moisture, foreign matter, and visual defects.

  3. 03Stage · 03

    Product grading

Multi-grade sorting against documented specifications for each buyer order.

  4. 04Stage · 04

    Lab testing

Composition, contamination, and quality parameter testing via in-house and accredited labs.

  5. 05Stage · 05

    Packaging inspection

Weight, labelling, seal integrity, and packaging spec verification before sealing.

  6. 06Stage · 06

    Pre-shipment inspection

Final batch QC plus third-party inspection (SGS / Bureau Veritas) on request.

  7. 07Stage · 07

    Batch traceability

Every shipment tagged with batch numbers for end-to-end traceability.
