Operating doctrine · § II

Six things we refuse to be
casual about.

We're not the cheapest exporter from India, and we don't try to be. We're the one that makes the second order easier than the first.

Principle I · Sourced direct

No blind middlemen

We buy from established Indian growers, mills, and manufacturers. Each supplier is verified for capacity, consistency, and export compliance before they enter our roster.

Principle II · Graded before booked

Specs before seals

Every order is graded against documented specs — moisture, colour, length, defect tolerance — before a single carton is sealed. Third-party pre-shipment inspection is welcomed.

Principle III · Packed for the journey

Bulk, retail, private label

PP bags, retail pouches, palletised, private label, food-grade liners — packaging is specified to your channel and your destination, not chosen at the last minute.

Principle IV · Documented end to end

The doc set is complete

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phyto, fumigation, inspection certificate — the document set arrives complete, on time, and matched to your customs broker's checklist.

Principle V · Any Incoterm

FOB, CIF, CNF, EXW

Quoted against your preferred Incoterm — not just the one that's easiest for us. Buyers with freight contracts ship FOB; buyers wanting a single landed cost choose CIF.

Principle VI · One export manager

One person, first to last

From your first inquiry to the bill of lading, one person owns your shipment. No round-robin email threads, no 'let me check with the team' delays.

§ IV · Workflow

From inquiry to bill of lading.

A real timeline, with typical durations. We'll commit to firm dates at the quotation stage — and tell you straight away if anything shifts.
