§ II · Workflow

    Buyer sends inquiry

    Share your requirement — product, grade, quantity, destination, packaging.

  2. 02D 1–2

    Quotation shared

    We issue a detailed quotation with FOB / CIF terms, validity, and packaging spec.

  3. 03D 2–4

    Buyer confirms order

    Alignment on price, quantity, payment terms, shipment schedule, and Incoterm.

  4. 04D 3–5

    Proforma invoice

    Formal PI for LC opening or advance wire transfer.

  5. 05D 5–7

    Advance / LC

    Order is firmed up once advance is received or LC is confirmed.

  6. 06D 5–14

    Production / sourcing

    We trigger procurement, processing, and grading per buyer spec.

  7. 07D 14–16

    Quality inspection

    Multi-stage QC against documented specifications; third-party on request.

  8. 08D 16–18

    Packaging & labeling

    Bulk PP bags, retail packs, private label, or palletised loading per order.

  9. 09D 18–19

    Customs documentation

    Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phyto, and more.

  10. 10D 19–22

    Shipment

    Container stuffing, loading at port, and bill of lading issuance.

  11. 11D 22+

    Tracking & docs

    Vessel tracking updates and digital handover of all shipping documents.
